Très bonne application, simple à prendre en main et très efficace pour gérer WhatsApp avec Shopify. L’outil permet de gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien grâce aux automatisations et au suivi client. C’est également une solution très rentable, notamment grâce à la récupération de paniers abandonnés et aux campagnes WhatsApp. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter !
Application vraiment top pour la communication client via WhatsApp. Interface fluide, intuitive et très facile à prendre en main. Les flux automatisés sont particulièrement efficaces pour récupérer les paniers abandonnés et maintenir le lien avec ses clients entre deux achats. Un vrai gain de temps et un impact visible sur les conversions. Je recommande sans hésiter!
I was blown away by how easy it was to get started: everything was set up in 30 minutes. The automations now run on their own (cart recovery, order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.). Everything is seamless. We were even able to build ultra-precise segments for our VIPs and new customers. Another real plus is the support from the Kanal team, who are very responsive and helped us optimize our flows.
