We chose Katana after trying out a couple different MRP's which were either overly complex, over-priced, or didn't fit our needs. It's great to be able to log in on any computer without having to install software, and it's done an amazing job of keeping our inventory tidy and up-to-date. The Purchase Order generator has also made us look very professional to our suppliers. The integration with Shopify is also a huge plus to us as it prevents us from having to manually transfer Shopify orders and automatically removes all parts from the BOM from our inventory. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with the inventory management in this app. Easy to see where things are committed and what stock is required to fulfill orders. The support team are brilliant too, very responsive and helpful with suggestions to make the workflow as smooth as possible.

An actual game changer. As a small domestic-made business, having to keep track of all aspects of our production and fulfillment, Katana really empowers us to keep a birdseye view at all times. Producing, ordering, costing, detailing all come together very easily. And the customer service is excellent. Very smart and thoughtful tech and sales support.

Have been using Katana to keep track of our purchased materials, planning productions and keeping stock of our end products. Connects out-of-the box with Shopify and has a decent API to build custom connections with other systems/platforms. Had a good onboarding call with one of the team members. The roadmap looks promising as well. I like it stays very focused on the core of MRP/ERP and doesn't want to be yet another all-in-one tool.

As a small manufacturing business, I needed to get an accurate handle on the cost of my goods sold and make inventory management easy and integrated with my shop and Xero. Just playing with Katana, I found it intuitive and it provides the insights I need. Communication from them re queries is super quick and helpful.

Katana has been useful right out of the gate with their Shopify integration. It pulled in our products automatically and made it easy to create work orders from the sales we're getting.

We're not fully utilizing the inventory management, but it helps with the major parts of our manufacturing process. We've seen regular updates from the developer, so we're hopeful they will support and develop this product for a long time.

Honestly, took the entire team VERY little time to learn the process. That alone is HUGE for us. Plus their customer support has been tremendous. We couldn't recommend Katana more!!

After a year of using Katana, the five stars stand! They listen to my needs and provide upgrades that address them. Their software is intuitive, fast and easy to use, and provides a structure that insists on best practices. Katana is one of my best assets.
