Kedra Fraud Filter, IP Blocker

Great app. I was having issues with bots, and Kendra Shield helped me minimise the number of bots on my site.

App was disfunction on one day: blocked countries users were able to visit several times, from several blocked countries. Blocked copy/image protection functions wasn’t working anymore.
This app failed to protect, and I have received no reply to any of my approaches, twice via the messenger button within the app, and another one to support on this page. No reply for almost 3 weeks. No functionality for about the same time or maybe more. I have to remove this app and get a different one, this one just doesn’t work. Not anymore anyway.

Misleading and Non-Functional: No Blocking, No Support

This application is completely non-functional and misleading regarding its core security features. Despite being installed to block unwanted traffic, it does not block anything. We confirmed that neither bots nor traffic from specified countries were successfully blocked.

The app essentially operates as an analytics tool: it only informs us of attacks and traffic after the fact, without providing any preventive measures. The primary function of blocking traffic is completely absent.

Furthermore, customer support is nonexistent. We sent four detailed messages to the support team across several days and have received zero responses. If you require an application that delivers on its security promises or provides any level of customer service, look elsewhere.
