As a multi-brand loyalty program, we incentivize customers to avoid returns by granting points for not sending back online orders. Collected points are redeemed for vouchers in your shop,used by shoppers that keep 9/10 orders, opening up a new customer acquisition channel & increasing retention as well. This is done with the help of a standalone Keepoala App, your shop being connected via Shopify. Handle remaining returns within our whitelabel return portal, being part of the same Shopify app.

Ein Muss für nachhaltige Shops!
Keepoala hat meinen Shop auf das nächste Level gebracht! Die Integration war super easy, und jetzt kann ich meinen Kunden zeigen, wie viel Impact sie durch nachhaltiges Einkaufen haben. Besonders cool finde ich, dass die App die Rücksendungen reduziert – weniger Retouren, weniger Umweltbelastung! Für alle, die Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legen und ihren Shopify-Shop optimieren wollen, ist Keepoala ein echter Gamechanger. Klare Empfehlung!
Wir arbeiten bereits seit 2022 mit Keepoala zusammen. Das Loyalty Programm ist für uns ein toller Ansatz zur Kundenbindung mit dem Fokus, Retouren einzusparen. Für die verbleibenden Rücksendungen nutzen wir das Retourenportal von Keepoala, was uns spürbar Aufwand im Kundensupport einspart.
Wir sind selbst erst vor kurzem von WooCommerce auf Shopify gewechselt. Der Wechsel hat es uns einfach gemacht, Keepoala direkt mit zu installieren. Das Team gibt einem Hilfestellung, man kann es aber auch problemlos alleine installieren. Als kleiner Shop lohnt sich kein eigenes Loyalty Programm, daher bin ich dankbar, bei Keepoala neben tollen anderen Brands sichtbar zu werden und so meine Marke mit zu stärken. Das Retourenportal funktioniert auch reibungslos, sowohl für meinen Webshop als auch für Avocadostore Rücksendungen.
