I love Kendall. It gives us all the attribution and stats that we need to make informed decisions. We've tried all of the larger competitors' software and Kendall is by far the winner by a long shot, in our opinion. Additionally, the founder is very transparent and accessible. We've had several conversations with him and he is very appreciative and open to feedback. Since using it, we have referred several others to use it and will continue to do so. Very well done and look forward to seeing new features implemented and continuing to be a customer!

Very poor customer service. Replied to one of my tickets and not the second. Trying to book an onboarding call and it keeps saying there is no availability for months.

I had asked how the accurate the data was and to try set it up they only responded to how accurate the data was and could not give me a solid answer.

URL parameters are in facebook as described and still not tracking.

Some ads are ready to scale and I need assistance for tracking.

I used triple whale before and they were excellent ill be going back to them

I couldn't be happier with Kendall. It offers superior functionality at a more attractive price, without the pressure of committing to annual contracts.

High performance yet easy to use.

I must say kendall is just as effective as the more expensive incumbents in the market. Its user interface is so intuitive and straightforward that even my less technically inclined staff have found it easy to navigate. It allowed me to discontinue using Northbeam, saving costs without compromising on the quality of insights. The clarity of reporting is great – Kendall presents data in an easily digestible format. It's what Google Analytics should have been!

The intraday and customizable dashboards are features that I particularly appreciate. They offer a level of detail and flexibility that I didn’t find in Northbeam.

Installation and setup took literally 5 minutes since Kendall can read and understand Northbeam's tracking parameters for attribution. This must have been the smoothest app installation I've ever seen!

This is the best low-cost full-feature app you can get for all things analytics. It has improved our view of our numbers by so much.

Kendall is my go to app. I've been using it for several months now and I check this app before I check Shopify. I love the simple UI and the ease in which I can get to the data that is important to me. The dashboard is on point and the ability to see customer journey from the main page keeps that critical aspect front and center rather than buried somewhere and "out of sight out of mind." For the price, I'm not sure there is a better value for a tracking suite that offers core functionality plus some usability enhancements over what you get from an app like Triple Whale. Also, the dev is very responsive and they are constantly rolling out new features and UI improvements. I highly recommend.

Kendall is the data analytics tool I've been looking for! Before Kendall, my marketing assistant and I would have to look at multiple dashboards (Shopify, klaviyo, Google, Meta) to try to piece together the relevant data we needed and then she would spend days putting it into charts and graphs so I could access it in an easily digestible format and use it to drive my decision making. Now we have all the data we need presented in a simple and straightforward format easily accessible with just a few clicks in kendall. This app has freed up my assistant to tackle other important tasks we just didn't have time for before kendall.
The other thing I really like is that all the data is explainable so you can have the utmost confidence in it. After all, data you can't trust is worthless.
Finally, for the first time ever, we can easily see the KPIs for new customers! We've been frustrated for years by knowing that this data existed but we had no way to get it. Thanks to kendal, new customer data is front and center.
I have to say that kendall has quickly become our most valuable data analysis tool and has really enabled us to make much quicker data driven decisions. It's easy to use and set up is a breeze. The icing on the cake, is the very reasonable cost.

Kendall is super easy to setup and use. It acts as a great source of truth for analyzing ad spend efficiency and results across various ad platforms, using first party tracking to give us unbiased click and view based tracking results. The comprehensive KPI reporting is excellent and gives us the information we really need to navigate the ship smoothly. Also, we love how clearly we can view the customer journey in detail for every order. It is an incredible value when you look at the importance of the information it is providing us and especially when compared to competing Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) platforms, it's literally a fraction of the price.

Excellent app and super straightforward to use. Not overbuilt, so very easy to access clear data on the efficacy of my campaigns (especially with profit targets) + it splits up new and return customers. It focuses on attribution - so the decisions I make are well informed. It's fills a crucial gap where other tools nor even the ad platform's reporting can meet this need. The developers are very helpful as well.
