I really like using this app. It has brought a lot of clarity in attributing sales for my ads. I also really like the fact that I can see all the touch points for each order. So I know which campaigns were generating the most first-time visits (since nowadays, all the platforms just retarget and take credit from one another). I also like how the reports bring out the most important KPIs. Total sales, track click sources, new customer CAC by channel. Overall ROAS, etc. What I love is also the ability to export everything as a csv. I have my own Google sheets I use, and being able to easily export all the data is extremely useful. I highly recommend this app.

I'm no analytics guru but I've played around with a bunch of apps to try and get a grip on my online biz stuff. I gave Rockerbox a shot, but if I’m honest, I never fully trusted its data. It was okay, but something always felt... off. I honestly wasn't getting anything there I couldn't get in Meta and Google. And it was EXPENSIVE!

Kendall vs. Rockerbox: I mean, Rockerbox was alright, but there was always that nagging feeling I was missing something. Kendall? Trust issues gone. It's like upgrading from a flip phone to the latest smartphone. The depth, the clarity, the everything – Kendall just does it better.

To wrap this up: If you’re still on the fence, just jump into Kendall. It’s like that chill friend who’s got all the answers without making you feel dumb. For real, my digital life's never looked brighter. Loving this new app so far and it just keeps getting better!

Great app. It lets me easily see which campaigns drive new customer acquisition, which is where I need to be investing my marketing dollars. Large attribution window means it'd give proper credit to my Facebook ads that might take some time to convert. I love that all numbers are verifiable down to every customer visit for every order. And finally, at $95 a month this is the best bargain in the app ecosystem today. If you're running Facebook or Google ads, you need to get this app installed. Setup was a breeze.

Super useful app that does 2 important things to me:

1) Gives me quick insights for things I care about. Bonus that it splits up between new and returning customers.
2) Makes me feel much more comfortable about attribution and whether an ad campaign or even a specific ad is performing or not. You simply can't put total trust into the ad platforms #'s any more.

On top of that, the dev team behind this are rockstars that truly care about being a best in class offer. They hear and act on feedback to make Kendall better. They run their own Shopify store, so they are in the trenches like we are...so this was built to solve problems for store owners, and not just folks trying to make a buck.

Wonderful app. It's highly focused on attribution and gives me a clear picture of the efficacy of my campaigns + it splits up new and return customers. It provides insights to help me make decisions based upon crucial data, which I cannot get easily from the ad platforms - I really like how I can hone into what matters which is running profitable ads!
