Reasonable cost, simple and easy to use. But can it fix the problem that non-English characters often become garbled characters?

We have done our best to fix Unicode problems, but it is unfortunately a harder problem than it sounds, and there may still be bugs with it. Bugfixing is always an ongoing effort.
