Good and fast customer service. Does everything I need it to! Had a request for a missing feature and they fixed it the same day!

Perfect application to export any data from shopify to an excel or csv file, moreover it is possible to re-import the modified file to update the tracking numbers for example.
Very fast customer service, barely 1 hour to answer me after a bad connection to my google drive.

Downloaded the app today to create a custom CSV for sending dropship orders.
Ability to customise column headers and add formulas to meet my requirements have been great.
Customer support when some additional support was needed was quick and helpful.
Looking forward to using this more!
