They are always quick to resolve any issues I've encountered and are willing to keep their systems updated to ensure a smooth integration between their app and the shopify system. Doesn't integrate with automatic payments when an order is placed by a customer from the website. I must manually go to KIN and pay for each order before the order can be placed into production. This is a problem when many orders are coming in.
I definitely recommend this app to people because the material quality is unmatched to me. If something isn't right, they will correct it every time. I had on a few occasions of misprints but they immediately reviewed the issue and corrected it. These guys will continue to get my business at this rate!
