Amazing app, I used this app to sell personalized products, so much easier to get things done quickly. And the team did a great job of responding to my request promptly.
Making my other app on my store bug. No way to fix that. Support can't help. I wouldn't recommand this app at all.

Conflict between two apps is a very common problem.
In time you use other product options app, there is a high probability that this problem will also exist.

Honestly this is so easy to use, I am not in any way tech savvy so the easier the better for me. I had spent hours trying to use another app and got fed up so I went looking for something else....so happy I gave up as this app took no time to set up and have the options I needed on my website.
The backend user interface of the app is friendly and the options are easy to set up.We wrote in on a couple of issues and they were all solved quickly by the team! Everything works great. Thank you!
Worked fine for like 2 weeks then just suddenly stopped working.. not very easy to use when things go wrong.

This should be a problem with your theme, not a problem with the app. After you contacted us, we responded to you within 5 minutes. However, we did not receive your feedback, but received this bad review .
We guess that the reason for this problem is that your theme has been modified, it may be modified by humans, or it may be modified by an app.
Can you contact us and we will troubleshoot the cause of this problem for you.
Awesome app, almost the only app I could find with conditional logic on shopify options against custom options. The customer support is quick and excellent.
Very easy to use and it really is free! The customer support is also very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend if you have too many options or variants of your products.
This app is great for customizing products and most importantly it's free with great support from the designer (developer), infinite options with color swatches and image swatches options.
