I've never reviewed an app before, but after the great (and patient) customer service, it only seems fair. Prompt response and demo videos to explain troubleshooting or just help with navigating the app. For simple customization options and conditional choices based on product variants is a game changer. Want to add pop-up/description boxes, radio buttons and text fields to customize your products? look no further. Saved a bunch of coding headache and works well with 2.0 themes. Thank you

This app is very flexible with the options, especially I sell customised items. So far I enjoyed using it and very easy to figure out how to add the variants.

So far this app work very well with no issues and does what I need it to do. Other apps charged for these features.

I have only been using this app for a day, but so far so good. I had previously been using a different product options app that charged a monthly fee. From what I can tell this provides me with all of the same functionality for free and support has been very responsive and resolved any issues I have had thus far. Would recommend.

They were also really impressed with the speed and responsiveness to our questions. The app had issues when I installed a new Shopify theme, but the team was incredibly helpful and worked through the problem.

I used the app to add extra options as well as custom fields so my customers can let me know names for personalisation. It's easy to use and works well, but I had some issues with some additional text appearing on the original Shopify options. I would also find it useful if I could have made some of the options conditional such that new options would appear if a particular option were selected.

This app handled my complicated product variations and options perfectly .I had tried a couple other apps before that didn't work out. King team went above and beyond to provide quick customer service and get everything taken care of for me. Thoroughly impressed.Highly recommend! ! !
