I used this app to install personalization options on my online store. I really like this app. It was easy to do initial installation and their customer service was very excellent on prompt replay and support.
When I used it, I encountered that the customer’s option data could not be displayed in the shopping cart. For example, the customer service asked for help, and the reply was very fast. Surprisingly, the problem was also quickly solved. It is a very good application tool.
This app was a gift from heaven! I'm finally able to track my item instead of the variants and the app is free! Thank you!
Absolutely love this app/team. I had an issue with it when I updated my theme which made it unusable. I was so disappointed and literally spent all day looking for a replacement. Absolutely nothing compared. I was able to get assistance and the compatibility issue was resolved. So impressed. 100% recommend

The compatibility issue between app and theme has been resolved. Because there are too many themes, it is very difficult for the app to be compatible with all themes. Our app is already compatible with most themes.

I use this app to add variants and options not available through Shopify. Especially since my business provides custom products, with the app I am able to collect additional information from my customers. This app is great!

This app helped me to set conditional options for my apparel, where I could set sizes and colors based on the apparel type. I tried this with another popular app and it did not work properly.

I've been looking for an app for quite some time that does a great job of image preview options on the product page. finally I found this app and so far it has worked extremely well. it installed quickly without any issues for OS2 and I'm really happy with the result so far.
