Downgrading my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. At first the developer was super responsive and helpful. They assisted with anything I needed. If something didn't work quite right with my theme, he was on it, sometimes with a fix within 20 mins. But then when I would make a small change inside my theme, his fix would break. And then he stopped responding. I was excited to find this app. But things breaking if I change an option drop down to a radio button just won't work for me. If you have your site completely done and don't plan on ever changing it, it might work for you. But unfortunately I had to move onto something else that consistently works.

King product options app is simple and easy to use, and the support is very fast. It is highly recommended.

The app is very powerful and can meet all my needs. Support is also very prompt, I had a small issue and they resolved it and got back to me in less than 5 minutes.

The support team for the app was very helpful, I had an issue that was with another app, but the app team that caused the issue kept passing the buck, I contacted them for several days, and finally they said let me contact King Product Options & Variant, King app support informed me that this was not an issue with their app, but I expressed my current situation to them and it only took them 5 minutes to resolve the issue for me. It's really great.
