King Product Options & Variant

Downgrading my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. At first the developer was super responsive and helpful. They assisted with anything I needed. If something didn't work quite right with my theme, he was on it, sometimes with a fix within 20 mins. But then when I would make a small change inside my theme, his fix would break. And then he stopped responding. I was excited to find this app. But things breaking if I change an option drop down to a radio button just won't work for me. If you have your site completely done and don't plan on ever changing it, it might work for you. But unfortunately I had to move onto something else that consistently works.

Great app if you have a lot of variants. I had a few issues but the support helped me within an hour of emailing them. Now my site is perfect!

It’s hard to imagine this is a free app. It has more powerful functions than many paid apps. All my needs were met and the customer service was great

No Way to contact the app developer when the app does not work. I've tried to find a way to reach out with no luck. Please contact me as i am having issues with the integration of your application.

I just needed the basic form of personalisation: 2 fields for name + birth date. Installing and linking the App to my Shopify store (and product page) was easy! However, I couldn't get the 2 fields at the right spot at my product page. So I contacted the support line and they helped me right away! Great service :)

Great app! Easy integration with multiple options. I had a slight issue with the placement of the picker and it was swiftly resolved by their helpful team.

Very powerful for our store that has a large number of variants. Conditional logic is fantastic. Most importantly, developer is very responsive to email and fixed our initial installation issues with our theme in just a few hours. Great experience.
