This app has made adding variable options to our website extremely easy and has saved us countless hours and headaches! Better still, we had a problem when we switched themes and after reaching out to the developer it was fixed in less than an hour. This kind of customer service is hard to come by and I would highly recommend this app to everyone.

this app it great, just what i needed to add in some more text fields for the costomer to write in spcifications that they want in their products
Use this on 2 stores, always have some problems with it. Randomly an option stop working, and my customers are unable to purchase. Only the last week spent £500 on advertising, and my customers were unable to purchase, because an option did not work. Took us 1 week to realise why we don't have a single sale. You guys need to take business more siriously, because it happened to 2 of my stores already. We Business owners can not afford to loose a single penny because of an app. Choose a more expensive but better app guys.

Updated review: They quickly fixed the problem. User error I'm told. I didn't enter a code for a change in theme.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we checked your store and there is no app initialization code in your theme. This is a problem caused by you not initializing the new theme.
We have helped you initialize the new theme, the problem has been solved, and everything is working fine.
If you need to change the theme again, you need to click on the left navigation "Installation" in the app background to initialize the new theme before it can be used normally.
