I have used this app on my two websites and awesome features. Like uploading images and other features too. The UI/admin panel of this app needs improvement this is my personal opinion.

I used this app to add custom personalization to my products. both engraving and image upload. While this may have been beyond my personal scope of knowledge, The help requested was pretty much immediate. Back and fourth conversation was always helpful and polite. I used this to provide virtual variants which all shared a common product stock level, something that couldn't be achieved using Shopify's variants. It was easy to install, and when I hit a slight snag in setting it up the way I wanted, I submitted a support request and within a few hours they had sent me a video detailing the way I could solve this issue - very helpful & responsive. Thank you! Update 03.02.22: I had to make another tweak: to allow the chosen variant to be included in customer and staff order notifications. I emailed support who came back to me in less than 30 mins with links to support tutorials that worked perfectly and were well explained. Brilliant support - thank you again!
