If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service was awful, unhelpful, and rude. After being very clear over email with what the problem they continued to tell me there was no issue and be dismissive. Multiple attempts to explain the issue and to pose our questions in various ways resulted in the same unhelpful, circular responses. Never answered any of my questions. It is well worth the money to go with ANY OTHER APP.
Had a slight problem with the text boxes not working when I upgraded my website over the weekend, quick email to King and within hours it's fixed. Thank you
