Was working for a while, but suddenly stopped accepting text replies from me. Also, the ads it chooses are no good! I have made 0 conversions from these KIT ads. I feel like I'm just burning money with Facebook.

I am having a very difficult time trying to revise any products or advertising messages to customers.

I've been using Kit for about 3 months now and it use to work great then I'm not sure what happened because now it's impossible for me to post to Facebook through Kit, error message is always #10 application does not have permission for this action.?

I continuously get denied most of the time from Facebook when I want to run ads. I repeatedly get asked for feedback but it seems automated and nobody actually reads them. The headlines that are used for advertising are basic and corny. Most are embarrassing to use so little advertising is selected. I highly recommend using a professional that has the experience designing catchy headlines and maybe cater more to customers business and not use the same headline over and over. Also, stop using the same picture for our ads. Customers get bored seeing the same picture for all our ads. Please check and listen when customers leave feedback.

I want to give more stars but this or another app is interfering in my ability to tag my location in Instagram. If I'm wrong, please let me know and/or let me know how to fix.

Very restrictive. As soon as I had over 10,000 product variations in my store (not hard when you sell items with varying sizes and colour combinations) it simply won't offer retargeting as a service any more.

Kit is very easy to use and I like most of the content created. However, I cannot figure out how to make adjustments to any emails that Kit has created. If you do not respond with a 1 or 2 or 3 response it starts over and you lose the original email that Kit proposed.
Also - I cannot figure out how to adjust the size of my logo in the emails. My website is www.shopstellarose.com. I'm not sure if Kit is pulling the logo off my site but the logo in email is not large enough. You can barely tell who the email is from. Need to get this corrected for me to continue to use Kit.

This campaign brought 0 visitors to our store and resulted in 0 purchases. What else can I do for you?
    1. Market products
    2. Run business report
    3. Update fans
    4. Adjust kit settings
    5. Set a new goal

    Buyer beware.

It's a great concept, but not sophisticated enough to really save you. Kit wasted our entire budget (hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars) for a handful (less than 5) conversions... No matter how many times we try to reconfigure our settings this happens.

I was charged a fee for the only purchase that I've ever made using kit on an order that I created through my own site. The sale was not a result of the ads, it was a purchase I created for the model who was featured in my photos as a thank you but kit took credit for the sale.

The person DID NOT click the link and place an order, she had already texted me what she wanted to order so I created it not thinking I'd get charged for it since I created the order
