Kite: Discount & Free Gift

Although the app didn't work at first. But after I contacted the support team, they quickly fixed the problem. Thanks for their help. This app perfectly realized my idea.

I've tried many apps to achieve the tiered sale we wanted to offer for Black Friday. I had trouble getting it set up the way I wanted it to be. Don't get me wrong, it was easy to set up, but there were a couple of things I needed changed that I didn't know how to do. I started a chat with Chaitanya. He responded quickly and efficiently. He helped me try to solve it on my own, but upon realizing we needed to do more, I approved a collaboration with him, and he fixed it on his end. Now it works perfectly. He was extremely helpful. Another feature that I love about Kite is the ability to offer two discounts at once. We wanted to offer a free gift with purchase, as well as tiered discounts at different monetary thresholds. Both offers worked seamlessly. I highly recommend Kite.

The app is easy to set up and navigate. Easy to use to add and drop free gifts and discounts. Customer service is very supportive and responds quickly. I highly recommend it!

I gave it 4 stars because it's a free and undeniably useful app. However, it's worth noting that you can only claim one free gift, even if you're setting up a "Buy 4 Get 2 Free" promotion. Unfortunately, only one free item is allowed. Nonetheless, it's a fantastic app for discounts on gift cards, receiving a free product after a specified number of purchases, and more.
