Der Support ist top und die Funktionen sind umfangreich.
Ein Stern Abzug, da sich im Nutzungszeitraum (jetzt ca. 1 Monat) die Aktionen zweimal bereits verabschiedet haben und nicht richtig funktioniert haben.

Had a great experience with the Kite support team while evaluating the app for our store. They were very responsive and patiently answered all our detailed questions including how free gifts work across multiple cart-value campaigns, GoKwik checkout compatibility, and pricing plans. The app integrates with Shopify's native discount system (Shopify Functions) and their team confirmed compatibility with GoKwik checkout, which was a major requirement for us. Still evaluating a few technical details before full setup, but the support experience so far has been excellent.

Kite is fairly easy to set up and customize. I've run into a few issues with running promos but customer service was responsive and able to quickly help

Had some difficulty setting up the app, but Palak was patient and helpful.

Good app overall, works well functionally with a few areas that could use improvement. Support was great — ran into some issues, but Palak stuck with it and got everything resolved. Thanks Palak! Would recommend :)
