I found a few bugs as well as requested some extra features, and it was solved within same day/next days with great precission.

The customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. She was also quite patient with me as a first time Shopify user.

She also helped to make some custom changes to the app so that i could streamline it on my website.

great experience working with the team. Good and simple ui to set up. Plus they custom fit the widget for us.

Initially I found it a bit complicated to use; but then had a productive demo session with Diksha; who effortlessly explained every bit. Loved the interface and usability thereafter.
Had a bit of mis-configuration by myself; so dropped Skai guys a message and they not only fixed it but enhanced it with their sheer experience.
I totally recommend this app. I'd go for 10 stars had it be!
