Kite Discount is an excellent Shopify app! It's very easy to set up, works smoothly, and has helped us create attractive discount offers for our customers. The interface is simple, and the features are exactly what we needed. Their customer support is also outstanding—quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. I love this app! It's super simple to use and you can easily customise the widgets. Even better - today we ran into a settings issue with a promotion that had already gone live. I jumped online with customer support and they got straight back to me. They guided me through the set up so it was working. It's so rare to find such help so quickly so I was really impressed (and thankful!). Highly recommend this app and the company.

Kite has been a huge help for migrating away from Script Editor. Their support team is very knowledgeable on the key app features, and we're yet to come up with a promotion that the tool could not support.

While I have experienced issues around bulk discount codes, the support team supported by escalating the issue, providing clarity on next steps, and explaining what the root cause was.

Great app! The free gift feature works exactly as we needed. It automatically adds free gifts to the cart and even supports variant selection, making our promotions much easier to manage. Simple to set up and works reliably. Highly recommend!
