its really effective app for sells conversion, as its increase you cart value and help to maintain good ACOS. we are from India and we are using it from last three years and it worked great for us. Best part they always update it with new features continuously with the market trend

App works great, multiple discounts are possible, integration is easy. Great support team. We could create :
- Automatic free gift after X amount spent
- Automatic discount for products in X collection after adding X products from that collection
- Automatic free gift for specific variants added
And all of this while applying the discounts according to the customer tag.
I'm removing one star because sometimes the discounts don't work right away and I have to get in contact with the team, it would be easier for me to be more autonomous on the app and not having the team double check.

I recently implemented the BOGO offer across all four of our Shopify stores, and I cannot speak highly enough about the support I received from Janet.

From the start, Janet was incredibly helpful in fixing CSS issues for the widget that appeared differently across each of our stores. Setting up promotional offers across multiple stores can be challenging due to varying themes and custom code, but Janet handled everything with remarkable expertise and patience.

While Janet's support made the setup process smooth, I do have some suggestions for the product managers to enhance the app's functionality. The widget customisation options could benefit from more personalisation features, particularly in terms of:

Product Page Display Options - More granular control over widget placement, styling, and conditional display rules on individual product pages

Side Cart Integration - Enhanced customisation options for how the BOGO offers appear in the side cart drawer, including positioning, design elements, and messaging flexibility.

This is a fantastic app. It saved me alot of time setting up a promotion. It's very powerful and has many options to create wonderful promotions and discounts. And the support was quick and very helpful. I would recommend this plugin to anyone who wants to setup promotions that are more than the standard offered by Shopify.

Great customer service and for the number of features it is a reasonable price. Also, you can adjust the Free Shipping progress bar according to specific products in your cart, and not just any products in total for free shipping, which is great!

This app makes offering freebies, special offers, and discounts a breeze. It has been a great way for our store to easily create promotions for various reasons. The support team - especially Janet & Divya - is also always available to connect and help us with any questions we have when setting up campaigns.

Still in the early stages of use on our website, but we can say the following:
1. The app has nice features.
2. We had some issues with the cart updating correctly. We contacted support, and even though it took a few days, they fixed it on their side.
3. Support has been very good and fast.

The last issues we noticed were:
1. There is a limit to the number of discounts that can be created. There are workarounds, and this limitation could be related to performance. It is also mentioned that you can contact support regarding this maybe they can lift the "restriction".
2. Updating the cart (removing items in particular) feels just a bit slower than ideal. Take note that we are talking about a very small delay in user experience, but it is something we noticed and could be very much related to our theme and the way we customized it. You also notice it only if you keep messing with it, which we were since we were testing it a lot.

Long story short, we really recommend the app. The features and support are very good, and the price is also very good compared to alternatives.

App has great functionality for setting up multiple free gift promos at a time. There are some areas for improvement for more fine-tuned functionality - cart page & drawer refinement. The chat function is great and all the customer service representatives are supportive.
