Kite: Discount & Free Gift

We truly appreciate these guys. We started with EasyBundles and it worked so well, we installed Kite in order to continue with volume discounts. We had tried several other apps with horrible outcomes. The others would not allow us to use coupon codes or other discounts when an item with quantity discounts was in the cart. Nor were other apps able to calculate free shipping levels without issue. This app and these developers are the best that we have found. Everything works very well and they are always very courteous and quick with their replies. And they treat me very well considering I know zero about coding. Can't recommend this enough...

I'm giving Kite 5 stars because it's a lifesaver! I initially had some trouble setting things up, but their customer service was fantastic. They promptly addressed the issue, and now it's a breeze to use.

Kite's features are amazing. I love that I can easily set up free gifts with purchase and volume discounts. It's so customizable, and my customers are loving the extra incentives. I've already seen a positive bump in sales since implementing Kite.

Very like Kite Discount and Free Gift app which is build for Shopify, loading speed is very fast, most compatible. It won't create extra copied products as gifts,but apply the original one directly, also working well with other discount. To sum up, app is excellent!

Support team is extremely helpful. They made sure this was setup properly and working before launching it on live theme. Have had issues with other app companies messing up our theme so was very happy to see them processing this the right way. Product works perfectly and I highly recommend.

We've only used this app for the Free Gift widget and it works very well for that. The developers do need to figure out a way to remove the cart quantity selector for free gift products so the customer cannot add additional free gifts to their cart. I ended up hard-coding around this directly in my theme cart page. I have reached out to the developers for support a few times and they were helpful and responded quickly.
