It is rare to have such an incredible customer service experience. I was onboarding the Kite app and got stuck figuring out how to create a very unique discount structure. Palek, who answered my chat went above and beyond. Rather than simply chatting on the support app, she reached out to share a Google Meet link where she spent over an hour walking me through the setup and customization of the app on a screenshare. I left the time with her understanding more about the capabilities of this platform, even beyond what I was initially looking for. Can't say enough good things about her. Kite is a great app. It allows us to create some attractive incentives for our customers and is very straight forward to use. Kite has been a huge help for migrating away from Script Editor. Their support team is very knowledgeable on the key app features, and we're yet to come up with a promotion that the tool could not support.
