Kite: Discount & Free Gift

This has been able to make up for many of the things that Shopify can't do for us. And the customer service is TOP NOTCH. They are very helpful and it makes a BIG difference.

I have tried a few other discount and free gift apps and this one is the most well-designed/user-friendly. Plus, having free shipping rules based on shipping type was a must-have for us and I was happy to see they included that option. Previously, we had to use a separate stand-alone app to make that work.

In regards to support, when I encountered a compatibility issue with another app we use, Adi was incredibly helpful and responsive. While it was determined it wasn't something on Skai Lama's end, I still appreciate how much they looked into it to try to find a solution.

I am using Kite for several days now. It 's quite easy to set up, you have models to get inspired and price is really low for this type of app.

For now, it does a really good job for us.

Service Support is really helpfull. They stay in touch, they try different options for you, and they are are quite patient. I 'll keep using it for now.
