The team are proactive with help and always come to a solution. I do wish there were more options to exclude vendor and categories from promotions instead of only having inclusions.

While some of the features can feel a little limited, the support from the Kite team more than makes up for it. They are quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and willing to look into custom changes when possible. Of course, there are limitations to what they can do, but they’ve always been transparent about that and have helped us find workable solutions.
