They are quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and willing to look into custom changes when possible. Of course, there are limitations to what they can do, but they’ve always been transparent about that and have helped us find workable solutions.

They were very responsive and patiently answered all our detailed questions including how free gifts work across multiple cart-value campaigns, GoKwik checkout compatibility, and pricing plans. The app integrates with Shopify's native discount system (Shopify Functions) and their team confirmed compatibility with GoKwik checkout, which was a major requirement for us. Still evaluating a few technical details before full setup, but the support experience so far has been excellent.
