I had a wonderful experience using Kite: Discount & Free Gift on my store. The app is simple to work with and does exactly what I needed for running promotions. I am a Kite user since a couple of months. I have set up some basic offers and it is going well so far. I must say that the support team is quite active, and helpful. That's a huge plus.
Since this is a new store, I do not have much data to share. May be I'll revisit the app in a month or two, and share my experience again.
If you re looking for a quick and easy app installation with basic offers such free gift, BOGO, bulk discounts, etc. I do recommend Kite.
Fantastic app so far! I recommend everyone at-least trying the free trial. In addition, the support was instant even on Black Friday and they helped us with our lack of knowledge as we were doing it incorrectly. They fixed it near immediately.
There is very good functionality with this app and generally it is easy to use. Whenever I have required support to update something then the support has been available and resolved my queries quickly.
