On my very first day of using this app, I encountered an issue. I wanted to ensure that customers could only select one unit of a free gift that is not normally available for sale in my store. Initially, customers were able to increase the gift quantity. I contacted support, and Palak, together with Meghal, quickly escalated the issue to their technical team. Within just 24 hours, the problem was resolved, and everything now works exactly as I expected. Excellent support and a highly recommended app!
We're using the Kite Discount, BOGO, Free Gift app for our Shopify store and it works very well to create and manage promotions.
