On my very first day of using this app, I encountered an issue. I wanted to ensure that customers could only select one unit of a free gift that is not normally available for sale in my store. Initially, customers were able to increase the gift quantity. I contacted support, and Palak, together with Meghal, quickly escalated the issue to their technical team. Within just 24 hours, the problem was resolved, and everything now works exactly as I expected. Excellent support and a highly recommended app!
We're using the Kite Discount, BOGO, Free Gift app for our Shopify store and it works very well to create and manage promotions. It’s quick and easy to set up BOGO deals, free gift offers and other promos, which saves a ton of time and really helps drive sales. Promos can be customized to fit your style and needs. This app really shines thru customer support. They are always there to answer any questions or solve any problems and their response time is unbelievably fast. The team are hands-on and proactive and usually fix things in lightning speed.
