Kite: Discounts & Free Gift

Kite is a fantastic app. We've been using it exclusively for free gifts, and it has worked excellently - exactly what we were looking for. It's simple to use, and the support team is amazing - fast to respond and very helpful. The only negative we've ran across is that if you have multiple free gift promotions on different items, there is no way to have them automatically end on separate dates, so you'll have to end them each manually. There is also a limit of 4 gift items per free gift promotion condition, but this hasn't been a major issue, as typically we had 1-2 items apart of the promotions. Overall, very user-friendly and great for free gift promotions!

We've tried a number of discount and gift apps, but this one takes the cake! The "Discounts & Free Gifts" app is incredibly user-friendly and has noticeably increased our customer engagement. What sets it apart is the ability for customers to apply discount codes right at checkout—so convenient and efficient. Overall, an excellent addition to our Shopify store. Highly recommend!

I've tried many apps to achieve the tiered sale we wanted to offer for Black Friday. I had trouble getting it set up the way I wanted it to be. Don't get me wrong, it was easy to set up, but there were a couple of things I needed changed that I didn't know how to do. I started a chat with Chaitanya. He responded quickly and efficiently. He helped me try to solve it on my own, but upon realizing we needed to do more, I approved a collaboration with him, and he fixed it on his end. Now it works perfectly. He was extremely helpful. Another feature that I love about Kite is the ability to offer two discounts at once. We wanted to offer a free gift with purchase, as well as tiered discounts at different monetary thresholds. Both offers worked seamlessly. I highly recommend Kite.

This is the first app that actually worked the way it's intended to work! I'm sure it will improve as time goes on. Still now it has the best features I've seen anywhere on Shopify.
