The app has NOT helped me get customers to buy what they have left in their shopping cart. Not happy with it.

The app hasent done anything for me. 0 sessions or sales. It states it’s active and running but doesn’t do anything. Wasting money.

Kit Karts is an application that sends out emails to help recover abandoned carts. Without any newly placed abandoned carts, it won't email your customers.

You can view all abandoned carts and emails that have been sent to your customers directly on the Kit Karts dashboard. Our support team has reached out and placed a test so we can be sure that everything is working correctly.

I am using this app, but it seems not so helpful for boosting my sales. Sorry, I don't know how Kit Karts works. Hope you can give me a detailed explanation.

Pretty useless unless you're free to respond every hour. It really should be automated. I would reconsider if they could automate but they already told me they couldn't.

My shopify account has an automatic abandon cart option but I decided to use the Kit integration service to keep it all in one. However, it doesn't send out the emails. I went and check my abandon carts and it had over 20 carts. I was so upset given that Kit had been texting my abandon cart approval and email were not being sent. Maybe there was an integration issue, in my settings I had shopify not set up to send the email so I don't know it it has something to do with that. Since I get it free with my premium service I've decided to end my membership to this app.

This app is completely unnecessary and a waste of my time. You cant even send the recovery email yourself and editing is pointless because it keeps reverting back to the original. I hate it

I don't see that it started working. I am a bit disappointed. No message indicating that it has sent info to potential customers.
As I said, very disappointed.

Kit Karts has contacted me once about an abandoned cart, I also use Scout which has highlighted many more abandoned carts....
