I used this to help me target my advertising to gain purchases. Unfortunately, I did not receive a single purchase from this and paid a ton of money.

je mets 3 étoiles car une seul séquence de mail dispo. C'est peu et le pas de photo produits du panier abandonné. Pas de possibilité de choisir le français.

I don’t really like the design of the recovery email, they’re basically just text. And the minimum characters for this review is 100, not impress.

My shopify account has an automatic abandon cart option but I decided to use the Kit integration service to keep it all in one. However, it doesn't send out the emails. I went and check my abandon carts and it had over 20 carts. I was so upset given that Kit had been texting my abandon cart approval and email were not being sent. Maybe there was an integration issue, in my settings I had shopify not set up to send the email so I don't know it it has something to do with that. Since I get it free with my premium service I've decided to end my membership to this app.

I used this app to get more paying customers and sale products but there is no sale ...and I don’t get any report via email ( I had sign for this service)

Kit Karts has contacted me once about an abandoned cart, I also use Scout which has highlighted many more abandoned carts....

I actually do like this app but its a tad annoying and giving me a bit of anxiety because I use the other KIT apps as well and I got messages from KIT all at once and now I can't give my permission to this KIT app to send my abandoned cart emails. So there are some that remain unsent. It would be cool if there was an option in the back end that I can select to give my permission to send the abandoned emails automatically and then I just get the notification in KIT - like the tank you emails after orders. I don't think I need to tell it every time that I want it to send the abandoned cart messages to customers. But I would like to get notified so that I can keep track. I like how it lists who has abandoned carts and I like the metrics it gives as well. So far, I would keep this app but the multi kit messages issue should be addresses I think. Thanks guys :)
