This App is unbelievabl! I love it!

The app works great and is super convenient and easy to set up. It sends a nice, brief report daily of abandoned carts which you approve and then it sends the email.
The only issue I had was that if you aren't on Facebook during the hour the prompt will come through and also use Kit for other things, once you get another message from Kit after receiving the prompt for abandoned carts (in my case, a message summary of thank you emails sent for the day,) you can no longer go back to address Kit's message about the abandoned carts, resulting in missing it for the day.

We have an online store and we use the app to send out recovery emails offering a discount to try and recover abandoned carts. So far this is working well for us and we are very pleased with the outcome this has provided. Also the team is very knowledgeable and fast in modifying any changes that you may have or any questions! We give it 5 stars!

I have just started using Kit kart I believe it hasn’t worked for me because I have not made my first sale yet. True?

Let us know when someone had left our store with merchandise in our cart. Wish that they could recover some more of the carts.

Had a customer call me yesterday - I guess KIT sent an email out to someone that had added an item to there cart and then came back and bought it a from a different computer a few days later. He was worried that he wasn't going to receive his order after receiving the email.

I suppose It would be hard to decipher an outdated cart vs a recent purchase from the same customer but I may be deleting it I get another phone call like that.
Not because I don't believe in the app - just because I don't want to have to explain to my customers that my emails are automated and it was a mistake.

This isn't a negative review, just possibly something for them to build on or work towards.

Love the whole production of APPs they have. This one will serve well with automated alerts in Messenger that gives me options of what I want them to do.. LOVE THIS APP!!
