We've been using this app on multiple sites for many years and have found it to be buggy from time to time. Recently this has caused issues with the operation of our sites. Bugs happen from time to time, we understand that. However, the extremely disappointing and frustrating thing is the lack of assistance and communication from the app developers. We've had an open ticket for over 6 weeks that has not been resolved and now that ticket has been removed from the chat. Overall a very frustrating experience, still with no solution. Based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend this app.

Great features and great support overall, I've had some tech complications with another app that was causing Kiwi not to work properly and the Kiwi support team fixed it amazingly and smoothly

Great experience and product.

I had an issue relocating the size chart link within several product pages that used a customization field.

I reached out to Kiwi's customer service and they resolved it within an hour.

That's amazing customer service!

Ich hatte Probleme damit, das die Größentabelle nicht im Shop angezeigt wurden ist. Der Support hat sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht, sodass das Problem behoben wurden ist. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür. Bin sehr zufriedene mit dem Kundenservice. Vielen vielen Dank!

Kiwi Size Chart has been a game changer for my store. It’s clean, super easy to set up, and helps customers pick the right size with zero confusion. The support team is amazing, Markson especially went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!

I couldn't work out how to move the Kiwi size chart on my product page, so I emailed support to ask for help & within a few minutes Markson from the support team had very kindly made the change for me.

Kiwi is a great product anyway, but this level of support makes it an absolute must for my business.

UPDATE: I've recently added another App to my product page & this had the effect of over-riding my Kiwi settings. Within a few minutes of telling Markson about the problem he'd fixed it. FANTASTIC service as always.
