This app is fantastic. It's easy to use, integrates seamlessly with my theme, it looks GOOD. I can't believe I'm only using the free version and it is still filled with very, very useful features.

The free option is very straightforward and gave me everything I needed for the one piece of clothing that needed sizing details. The customer service team is fantastic, they respond quickly and help fix any bugs or just things I couldn't figure out.
Update April 2023: After a painful period back and forth for several weeks the issue mysteriously was resolved. We are concerned about reliability as they did not seem to have actually done anything to correct it.

We have used it for 4 years without issue, but since January it has stopped working on Mobile for users using safari. We have clearly reported this to support multiple times and get a "works fine on our end" response, but our testing and customer reports indicate it is not working.
If they pay attention to other reviews there is an issue that has been introduced to the software recently.
They don't seem to care and we will find another solution unfortunately.

I think it's important to note that your issues on mobile have very different roots from the other issues commonly reported in recent reviews (we're working very hard to resolve those, too!). I believe a communication error within our team resulted in the seemingly indifferent responses to your reports. That isn't acceptable, and I apologize for it. I've addressed those problems and will be overseeing this case personally until we resolve it.

Go look around for a better size chart app. I'll wait.. The responsiveness and help you will get with their chat support is on point. This app allows you to make size charts for collections where you might have only small portions of shirts that are the same measurements; which is a life saver for any of us with different suppliers and a bulk load of products! Try this app out they clearly have confidence in the service they're selling as they have a 7 day free trial!:)

Fantastic app,does the job.It makes life easier if you work with multiple sizing charts .It is easy to install and support is great.
Really easy to use, and very similar to Excel. I like how you can apply unique sizing charts to collections, products or even tags; which comes in very helpful if you have a product that falls into multiple categories. For example, I have my dresses listed as 'tops,' and 'dresses' so at one point I had multiple sizings charts show up on one product, which can be a bit confusing for my customers.
After speaking with a rep, they advised me that I apply tags to each product and then assign specific sizing charts to those tags rather than collections. Easy fix!
On that note, their customer service is very helpful and quick to jump on any issues that you may have.
It is great for displaying size guides for our shop, very useful and good support. Thank you for making this app
