There is something wrong with my website size table. I sent emails twice, from morning to evening, but no one replied. they used to help deal with it quickly. Now I don't know why it's so inefficient.

I have been facing an ongoing issue with the size chart integration on my website, and despite reaching out to Kiwi’s support team numerous times, the problem has yet to be resolved. Each time, I’m told the issue is fixed, only to find out it isn't. As a business owner running a clothing brand, an accurate size chart is critical for my customers, especially since over 50% of them use iOS devices, where the chart doesn't display correctly.
This technical glitch has severely affected my conversion rate and sales, costing me thousands in ad spend. Despite countless assurances that the matter has been escalated, it remains unresolved, showing a complete lack of genuine support. My patience is beyond tested, and I cannot recommend Kiwi's services due to their inability to fix this basic yet crucial feature. Proceed with caution if you're relying on them for an essential part of your e-commerce setup.

Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender is not ADA Compliant, but could possibly be if the developer added basic features. Good for text and a basic chart only. This app lacks the ability to place alt text on images, which should be a basic & essential feature.
they ask to leave a review at every save, really annoying. I think the app is good but because of this i will leave 2 stars behind
The app seems to have all the features I need and it's really easy to use; however, everything is very slow to load and change.

Hannes reached out and the team did their best to recreate the charts for me. I appreciated this, but it did take 2 months with several communication issues such as support team members missing my messages. Seems like they are trying to improve their support process-I'm hoping to see this and thanks again.

Decent size chart app with the slowest support I've ever seen. The team might as well be on Mars with their responses that take days. I migrated from woocommerce and they screwed up my charts in the process and deleted the original ones including the template. Now if they can't fix it, I have to recreate a dozen charts from scratch. It's costing me sales. Please hire competent people.
