It is okay. The billing setup I don't like (counts total orders). Also, the features it has are good like the recommender for size. But they are very rigid and not super customizable. Not sure if I will stick with this app or not.

My recent experience with their customer support has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. I requested the installation of the size chart on a new theme as we are migrating to a new theme, along with some UI adjustments. Instead of implementing these changes on the new theme, they applied the UI adjustments across all of my themes, including the published one, resulting in bugs on my product page. Despite more than 12 hours passing, these issues remain unresolved. This level of support is unacceptable, especially considering I have been a loyal user for a few years now. While the product's features are adequate, the persistent UI issues and lack of competent support are significant drawbacks.
I'm happy we were able to connect with you and resolve your issues. I'm so sorry about your initial poor experience with us - thank you for being gracious enough to give us a chance to make things better!

I like the app because it is easy to use but there isn't any support. I need the icon to located in another spot but since there is not support I am not able to fix this.

The app is great, full of functions. But a bit complicated.
Also i found it's challenge to create the size calculated. Probably I havent tried hard enough to set up. Cost is high for small business.

Update April 2023: After a painful period back and forth for several weeks the issue mysteriously was resolved. We are concerned about reliability as they did not seem to have actually done anything to correct it.
Jan 2023: 1 Star Review
We have used it for 4 years without issue, but since January it has stopped working on Mobile for users using safari. We have clearly reported this to support multiple times and get a "works fine on our end" response, but our testing and customer reports indicate it is not working.
If they pay attention to other reviews there is an issue that has been introduced to the software recently.
They don't seem to care and we will find another solution unfortunately.

I think it's important to note that your issues on mobile have very different roots from the other issues commonly reported in recent reviews (we're working very hard to resolve those, too!). I believe a communication error within our team resulted in the seemingly indifferent responses to your reports. That isn't acceptable, and I apologize for it. I've addressed those problems and will be overseeing this case personally until we resolve it.

Depois de 3 dias lutando 12 horas por dia pra configurar deu certo, sugiro que quem não tem tempo para debruçar de frente ao computador não instale porque é muito difícil. Agora vamos ver daqui pra frente se for a usabilidade for boa posso refazer minha avaliação
