I’ve been using KIWI for a full four years, but please take note: they refuse to export the data you’ve created on their platform. This clearly appears to violate principles around data portability under privacy policies or terms of service. If you don’t want to end up like me—unable to export your data after years of use—please choose carefully.

Four years of work is a serious investment, so we understand why this feels so frustrating. Not having a straightforward export option isn’t ideal, and we hear your concern around data portability.

We have reached out to you through your support ticket to explain the current situation. While a full export feature isn’t available yet, we are working on extracting the core data from your charts so you don’t lose what you’ve built. It may not come in a perfectly portable format, but the focus is on making sure your work remains accessible.

We’re continuing to coordinate this internally and will follow up with a clear update and timeline. Your feedback here is important, and it’s helping push improvements in this area.

Incredible app and customer service. Been using a Kiwi size calculator for my size guide page and my customers have told me how wonderful it is. I needed to restyle the colors of the app with new branding and was having difficulty. Markson went above and beyond to help me correct the issues I was having. Can't say enough good things, will continue to use this app for my clothing business.

Kiwi size chart is a very powerful app that we have been using for some time now. The app gives the ability to add sizing details into a clear, responsive table as well as give the customer an option to display in different units such as CM & Inches, which is a huge feature. Their customer service is great as well. We recently had a conflict arise with a new Shopify theme, and the Kiwi team worked with us extensively to create a solution for us.

Great app, even better support!

This app has been a nightmare from the start. It constantly crashes on the product page and the size information is always wrong. Support is painfully slow and never actually solves anything, they just say they’ll look into it and then never follow up. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic help, but the problems have persisted for ages with no resolution.

The worst part: I was invited to a call thinking my issues would finally be addressed, but instead, I was yelled at by an employee for “asking too much” just because I wanted the colors and fonts to match my website branding, something every other app provides without issue. The attitude and lack of professionalism are unbelievable.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app. It’s a waste of time and money. Absolutely horrible experience, never install!

The application has its advantages, but also some drawbacks. For example, when synchronizing tables from one store to another, the tables cannot be edited directly; they must be duplicated first, and changes can be made only after that. Only the tables are synchronized, but not the other settings, which is also somewhat inconvenient.

In this regard, and with other settings as well, we received prompt and accurate assistance from Kiwi’s support team. Rayan fixed everything we couldn’t manage on our own and provided guidance on how to proceed if any issues arise.

I installed this app because it is one of the most popular size recommendation apps with a large number of positive reviews. Unfortunately, after testing it, I was quite disappointed. The biggest issue is that to fully use the app, you basically need the highest pricing plan. Even the Plus (Popular) plan has significant limitations regarding translations and the number of size charts, which makes it impractical for multilingual stores.

During setup, I encountered an overwhelming number of options and settings that, in my opinion, create unnecessary complexity rather than actually helping. The frontend presentation of the size charts also leaves a lot to be desired - sliders, ranges, and excessive visual elements make the entire experience feel overcomplicated and, instead of helping customers choose the right size, often make it more confusing.

On top of that, the monthly subscription price feels very high for what this app actually offers.

In the end, I decided to build my own solution. I spent two working days developing a custom size recommendation system tailored specifically to my store. The entire system runs on a single file plus JSON data, works quickly and reliably, and has a clean, user-friendly design without unnecessary gimmicks. That is why I genuinely do not understand the $24/month pricing for such a relatively simple piece of software.
