hello, i have reached out to support multiple times to get help only to be asked if the issue is still there. we have been unable to save a single size chart and have made 6 on company times and lost all of them because the save button doesnt work we are a premium customer and will be disputing charges with out company credit card as we have not had services. this app promises alot of things and falls very short and there responses to questions are almost a day apart. if you are running a ecom business and serious this is not the answer and will waste hours of times and short change you. overall this app may have been good but has went downhill very sad to see.

Already uninstalled. A simple question was handled from November 16 to now open in the process, I do not understand for programmers this is difficult? I don't understand how hard it is for a programmer to do this, knowing that it's still being answered! At first it was fine, the developers could reply in time, now I don't know what's going on!
