Kiwidrop used to be great. Then there was a drastic change in suppliers, and shipping times. They don't even bother to respond to chat messages anymore.

I didnt start my biz yet given no inventory supplier. I tried to talk with CJ, which drive me crazy. After searching the app in shopify I found this and chat with Gallen. He guided me to install the app and get everything linked. I purchased some pieces as sample to see how it goes. Look forward to receiving the items!

What an amazing team at Kiwi Drop! Chris and Ro are a joy to work with and give personalized service. The Lives that Ro does for the presell for the boutiques is so helpful. Being boutique owners themselves is what sets them apart from the others, they truly get us. We look forward to many more years with our family at Kiwi.

I started using Kiwi Drop about two months ago and I have had the best experience! Their customer service is fantastic, helping you step by step with the process of syncing if you’re new to this. The shipping is super fast! Quality is perfect. I love that I can purchase samples and try on for my girls to see. The descriptions are already written for you and so easy to sync through shopify! My customers love the ability to purchase from our favorite brands too and always get their size, rather than purchasing a 1/1/2/2 pack of zenana and some of my size medium girls not getting what they want because it’s sold out.

Extremely impressed! We love this company and the people...top notch. They are innovative, approachable, extremely hard working and have become a true partner for us. As both a traditional e-comm and LIVE selling company, we were looking for a way to secure more inventory in a seamless manner. Kiwi has done that and will continue to expand!

I just started importing products to my store. I am impressed with the app. Much better shipping times for my customers than what they have been experiencing from my other apps. Products are high quality and the customer service is great!

I started out using Kiwi a lot in the beginning, but now, they constantly sell out. Usually on launch days, half of the items are already sold out. It just makes business really challenging. Also, it's been really hard to get in touch with support. I emailed them about a defective item that my customer received and they never got back with me, so I took the loss. The people who work for Kiwi are SO nice and I love the lives they do in the FB community! The styles they have are always spot on. But there definitely needs to be improvements in the inventory levels.
