I started out using Kiwi a lot in the beginning, but now, they constantly sell out. Usually on launch days, half of the items are already sold out. It just makes business really challenging. Also, it's been really hard to get in touch with support. I emailed them about a defective item that my customer received and they never got back with me, so I took the loss. The people who work for Kiwi are SO nice and I love the lives they do in the FB community! The styles they have are always spot on. But there definitely needs to be improvements in the inventory levels.

This app makes it very easy to add products and manage inventory. Prices are reasonable, and they have good product photos. I'm very happy with them so far. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing team at Kiwi Drop! Chris and Ro are a joy to work with and give personalized service. The Lives that Ro does for the presell for the boutiques is so helpful. Being boutique owners themselves is what sets them apart from the others, they truly get us. We look forward to many more years with our family at Kiwi.

I started using Kiwi Drop about two months ago and I have had the best experience! Their customer service is fantastic, helping you step by step with the process of syncing if you’re new to this. The shipping is super fast! Quality is perfect. I love that I can purchase samples and try on for my girls to see. The descriptions are already written for you and so easy to sync through shopify! My customers love the ability to purchase from our favorite brands too and always get their size, rather than purchasing a 1/1/2/2 pack of zenana and some of my size medium girls not getting what they want because it’s sold out.

If you're not using KiwiDrop yet, you're missing out! Their customer service is phenomenal and they have a versatile mix of styles! Using their dropship service is as easy as it comes. Download their app, find your favorite styles, and import them to your shopify store. You sell all the gorgeous styles and they pack and ship them for you! Love this service!

I'll keep this short and sweet because I am SO busy fulfilling orders from Kiwi!! IF you're not using them, you're missing out - for certain. Their customer service is phenomenal, they don't make promises and then not deliver (no pun intended ), and I feel they are the breakout star on the precipice of becoming the #1 DSer. ALL this, and they've got heart, and patience (which I've tried several times lol). I highly recommend.

Great customer service, great products that are quality checked before shipping. The shipping cost is built into the price, which is amazing! They have started adding more USA brands, which is great. I do really like the white lable items as well. I highly recommend this app if you want to dropship apparel.

Calling all resellers! If you want a company that works with you, this is it. So far KiwiDrop has been AMAZING! The kindest, sweetest people you could ever work with. I have thrown in a few requests already and they were so quick to take care of it. KiwiDrop is like a hidden gem so take it and run with it. Please have patience as they are on an upgrade to a new, and bigger facility. I'm very happy so far even though I have just installed this app. I was asked if I would like to try samples of their products, in my mind, I would not have been asked if they didn't believe in their products. I didnt start my biz yet given no inventory supplier. I tried to talk with CJ, which drive me crazy. After searching the app in shopify I found this and chat with Gallen. He guided me to install the app and get everything linked. I purchased some pieces as sample to see how it goes. Look forward to receiving the items!
