I used Klarna via Shopify Payments and lost both the goods and the money after a chargeback, despite confirmed delivery and full evidence provided (tracking number and customer correspondence). The customer kept the product and received a refund, while I was charged additional fees. Klarna offers no real protection for merchants, no transparent appeal process and no accountability. Support only redirects between Klarna and Shopify, with no concrete solution. This payment method shifts all risk onto the seller and is unsafe for any serious business.

Avoid this app.
Klarna is a scam for pro.
They refund more the amount of the article every time. They take lots of fees. Avoid this app

We are having an issue with the app, and signing onto the website to create a customer case. The app is not working, and we are experiencing customer abandon carts due to technical issues. Is anyone available to address this app issue?

Glitchy. Not easy to uninstall (try to lock you in). High fees for what it is.

Seems impossible to:
1. Remove the payment option from checkout
2. Remove banner from product pages

AVOID.

WARNING! Do not use Klarna with Shopify payments! If a customer reports a return in Klarna it automatically comes through as a dispute due to a Shopify error. Even after providing the evidence with a dispute they are always automatically 'lost' because it isn't a real dispute (but created by a software error)

Shopify support claim nothing can be done from their end about 'disputes' although it is their error that creates it. On our store Klarna as an independent payment platform does not create this issue, it is specifically related to it being used with Shopify payments
