Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I think it's very shady that Klaviyo instantly charges more for additional email recipients beyond your plan level, but that when you clean your list, the plan cost stays at the higher level - unless you dig into the settings and change it back down.
A message should come up when 'Active' users drops below your biling level to ask if you want to lower your plan level. It's clearly to maximise revenue - but in an underhand way.

I am extremely impressed with this platform! It is truly perfect in every way. The customer support team is absolutely wonderful—they go above and beyond to help with everything I need. Highly recommended!

Great online support! Friendly, helpful, always have solutions and screen grab images/pictures to help you through the problem solving or solution. We've been using Klaviyo for 2 years now and new updates, Reviews feature and SMS features are terrific. We also love the Flows/Segmentation of the Database and more...well done Klaviyo keep up the good work for small businesses in eCommerce and helping us.

As an ecommerce business, you need an email strategy. Yes. Yes, you do. Klaviyo makes it easy (disclaimer...there is always a learning curve) to implement your strategy, grow your list, know your list, nurture your customers and not yet customers, etc. I've used other email service providers over the years. They didn't suck, but they didn't provide the data that Klaviyo does. And we all know everybody is talking about data driven, personalized marketing these days....just sayin'.

We've been using Klaviyo for some time now and it's absolutely amazing. It has all the features we need, it's very intuitive and easy to use and their support is second to none. Thanks!
