Wir nutzen die App für E-Mail Marketing und das funktioniert auch sehr gut. Was mich aber stört ist die Preispolitik. Für ganz kleine und große Unternehmen sind die Preise in der Höhe nachvollziebar, aber gerade für Unternehmen die am Wachsen sind ist die App extrem teuer. In diesem mittleren Bereich steigen die Preise (Stückkosten) so extrem steil an, dass es wirklich nicht mehr schön ist. Ich finde die Strategie unfair, große Unternehmen zu belohnen und Unternehmen in der Wachstumsphase derart zu belasten. Für Interessierte empfehle ich unbedingt, die Preise genau durchzuspielen.

Unfortunately, we can’t recommend Klaviyo for several reasons. Basically, you constantly get the impression that their only goal is to push customers into a higher plan and keep them there.
1. Many fake profiles are created that inflate the plan count.
2. Deleting profiles is very cumbersome—you have to create a segment to do it.
3. Even then, the option to delete is still missing, and we can only suppress the profiles. If deletion is possible, the option is very well hidden.
4. Support isn’t helpful; they write long messages that don’t make sense and refer you to confusing FAQs. Or they end the conversation while you’re still in the middle of following their instructions.
5. Overall, we’ve tried multiple times over the past few months to resolve our issues across various stores, but we haven’t gotten anywhere. We’re still on a higher-tier plan and haven’t been able to delete any profiles.

Ran an email campaign for the first time in Klaviyo. As I am new and building the list, even from a small campaign I got 2 conversions in 24 hours. Amazing! Klaviyo made it much simpler to send out the campaign!

Es gibt sehr vieles was man mit dem Programm machen kann, daher musste ich mir etwas Zeit nehmen um alles zu begreifen. Der Support war aber sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben keinen grossen Vergleich, aber die Newsletter sind einfach zu erstellen und sehen super aus! Auch kann man Vorlagen wählen, wenn man nicht alles selber machen möchte. Wichtig, wir haben sehr viele Kunden die bezüglich diesen Newslettern bei uns einkaufen, für uns funktioniert es sehr gut!
We have been using Klaviyo for several years for email marketing and automation in our Shopify store, and overall we are very happy with it.
The platform is intuitive and easy to work with, and as a Shopify user I especially like that the structure and interface feel familiar. Even as a small business without a dedicated marketing team, I’m able to create campaigns, segments and automated flows myself.
There are lots of possibilities as you get deeper into the platform, and we continue to discover features that can make a real difference for our business. Most recently, we implemented Back in Stock notifications, which has already given us valuable insight into customer demand.
Klaviyo is a powerful tool, while still being manageable for a small webshop like ours

Klaviyo is an important part of my business. From flows to newsletters to susbscriber segments it allows me to market to my customers and analyse the results.
It is expensive, but it makes me money so all good!

Klaviyo is fantastic. Consolidated a lot of apps we were paying our for to Klaviyo for Email Marketing, Reviews, Sign-Up Forms, Flows etc and its been great for increasing revenue. Well worth it
