Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Good customer service. I would recommend setting up a dedicated branded tracking link for link clicks as soon as possible or your default tracking links may get blocked by Chrome and Safari. This happened to my company. Klaviyo was helpful in getting this fixed.

So far so good I have no complaints with using Klayvio.

The platform is versatile, the support is excellent and ultimately everything does what it says in the tin.

The templates are easy to use and create a dynamic and engaging email. I’m finally getting a decent conversion rate on email marketing since joining Klaviyo,

The support for Klaviyo is outstanding. All the app can do can be overwhelming at first, especially for a newbie, but my questions and cries for help were answered in a timely manner with grace and humor. I can't praise the Klaviyo team enough - they are simply awesome.

The app itself has so much power, I can't wait until I'm far enough along in direct sales to dig into all it can do and truly put it to work. It's easy to use and intuitive, built for the end users. i would recommend this app to anyone going the direct sales route.

Easy to use. My only comment is it would be nice if you could update a campaign after you have scheduled it. Otherwise, I enjoy using the app.

Have used Klaviyo for several months and was happy to see a Shopify app for it.
