i enjoy this app more then others . im still new to eat but i have created some awesome emails. i like the inspiration feature they addedm but i wish they had templates

Customer service poor.
After months of use, account suspended with no notification as to why. At least 5 days later and we're still waiting on indication despite website stating 24-48 hours for reviews to be conducted. Multiple attempts made to lodge a ticket and, only after trial and error experimenting with drop down menus, were able to succeed (Klaviyo has no option to contact support direct via email). During this time, two email enquiries also made to sales email address with no response yet received.
Otherwise a great tool, but as a business heavily reliant on email marketing, the automated bot responses in place of actual support is crippling.
For what is a professional tool that charges accordingly, professional level support and clarification should be expected.

I love the automated flows that Klaviyo provides as well as the Shopify email templates. I also love how integrated the Shopify data is from my online store (www.bokksu.com) with this app so can easily track the performance of Klaviyo newsletter campaigns!

There is a big email Google change by Feb 1st, 2024 so various things needed to be done .
This time I found the Klavyio team very responsive, sending me help info and answering my questions which was very helpful, as I am not a tecky person at all.
Normally Klavyio team answers swiftly, depending how busy they are.
I recommend this platform but not always super easy to use for untecky people. At first I got concrete help to set it all up because reading lots of articles of "how to" is not always easy and time consuming when you want direct, things done swiftly.

Klaviyo are amazing. We have had it installed for years but kept on the free plan for the longest time. With the pending removal of Mailchimp from Shopify's ecosystem, Klaviyo was there every step of the way in bringing the most out of our marketing automation capabilities.
Our only regret was not starting earlier.
Klaviyo was BUILT for e-commerce and the advanced segmentation, syncing of Facebook Audiences and complex automation flows help get the most out of our marketing efforts.
Klaviyo is easy, allowing for complex thing such as feeds to supply dynamic content that is always up to date, personalisation and other things.
And it just WORKS with Shopify. They do most of the heavy lifting but aren't afraid of you customising its output.
They have our highest endorsement.
Constant improvements and the friendliest staff and support! Love the constantly updated template library and templates for automated emails.
The feature set and Shopify integration is impressive, but it is not an easy platform to get your head around. I have found support respond in a timely manner but on the few occasions I've emailed support, instead of answering my specific questions they instead just sent me to a training link which left me none-the-wiser, and I have to say I've received better support from some free apps on Shopify. If they provided outstanding support I would give them a 5-star rating.
