Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I run several stores on Shopify and I use Klaviyo for all of them.

Klaviyo makes it easy to setup "flows" and I love how easy it is to segment customers and visitors.

But Klaviyo's support response time is awful. While their representatives are knowledgeable and helpful, it takes 24-72 hours before I can get a reply to my emails. And there is no phone or chat support.

This really becomes a problem when you have a campaign needs to run the same day but something is not working correctly.

For instance, I'm using a "product data feed" in one of my campaigns which pulls through products from my store. I have it set so 3 products pull through in the email; however, only 2 products are pulling through. I started a support ticket with Klaviyo over a week ago. With 24-48 hours in between emails, it takes forever to get something resolved. In this case, they simply quit responding last Thursday.

I'm switching back to MailChimp due to the support issues. It's too bad really, because Klaviyo is so much better on so many levels.

Have started using Klaviyo this past week and Im loving this email platform. I love that you have a quick snapshot on your dashboard to see how each of your automations & campaigns are converting. It hooks into your shopify store so when you up load your list it segments who your buyers are and who are not. Automations are easy to set up and really like how you go through the setup wizard to upload & define common assets like logo's, fonts & buttons so each communication is consistent in look and feel.

I love this APP - Simple yet effective.
The customization could be a bit tricky.. took me awhile to find where everything was and how to change certain things but once you get it the hang of it...it is awesome!
Customer service has been amazing as well. I was able to speak directly with Charlie and when I had questions I emailed him which he answered within 24 hours!!
I am a startup so the free plan works great and it integrate with mailchimp very well.
The dashboard is easy to read...easy to install product feeds....great flows template that is given to you once you start..Thank you for making it so much easier for me Klaviyo!

Had some issues with DNS setup and sending domain, but got great help from support and now everything is working smoothly :)

the interface isn't the prettiest but it does its job perfectly. recommend, recommend, recommend....

Worst customer support of all times!! 3 weeks and still going on with no resolution!! Not even a simple communication to update customer with ongoing information!! 1 star is more than deserving!!

EXCELLENT app! If you need a email marketing this is the key! And a very nice and friendly support!

I love this app its everything I've been looking for. It's great for email campaigns and abandoned carts.

I used this app for fulfillment. I like it as they are always helpful.The online account is easy to use.
