There billing is deplorable. You can't make changes to your account without being double billed. They don't do proration and then if you wait to change your plan at the end of your billing so you don't get double charged they will still charge you for the highest plan and tell you that they can't help you and you aren't owed a refund of the difference.

We've been using Klaviyo for a couple of years and really enjoy the seamless integration with Shopify! This platform has really grown in their service offerings over the years, so our team is still trying to take advantage of all the features!

Love the ease and compatibility of Klayvio with my Shopify store. I've been able to run my email marketing as a solopreneur and understand the analytics. If I could change one thing it would be an easier way to sort through uploaded photos, and how do we delete old photos we no longer want in the library? Otherwise, loving what it's doing for my business.
I think it's very shady that Klaviyo instantly charges more for additional email recipients beyond your plan level, but that when you clean your list, the plan cost stays at the higher level - unless you dig into the settings and change it back down.
A message should come up when 'Active' users drops below your biling level to ask if you want to lower your plan level. It's clearly to maximise ...
If you ever get hacked, do not expect the customer support to help you. I have been using Klaviyo since 2021. Recently my account was hacked and after numerous emails to customer support, I have not received any help, other than them telling me that my account is not associated with the email I'm trying to use for my login. DUH ! That's the whole problem. It was changed. I will now have to ...
